Discovering Objects in Videos

The goal of this project is to identify and localize objects in videos. Given a video V , consisting of a set of N frames f1, .., fN where each frame contains one or more unknown object, the objective is to identify and localize primary objects in each i-th frame fi in V that exhibit coherence in both appearance and motion. Figure 1 shows a brief illustration of discovering objects in videos problem. There are two sub-problems that should be solved; the first sub-problem is localization of primary objects in each frame (still images). The second sub-problem is finding the correlation between the detected objects in all video’s frames.
